Reliable By Design
Our reliability engineering process extends well beyond typical LED-only lifetime projections, and includes robust endurance testing under telcordia standards. Our products are also subject to accelerated aging testing under extreme temperatures and multiple atmospheres of pressure, simulating abuse exceeding anything they would experience in the field. Our warranty and return rates are exceedingly low, giving you reliability for years.
Commercial Warranty
Our warranty terms equate to installed reliability. We stand behind our products, whether you are installing them inside a building or building a fixture around them. We remove limitations surrounding runtime, fixture types, ambient temperatures, building power conditions, and weather. See individual product details for specific warranty terms.
LED Thermal Management
We program the LM-80 curve of the LED into each product, and then actively monitor the temperature to ensure we never over-drive the LED for the ambient temperature. This continually protects the LED and associated components from potentially damaging heat, typically above 85 decgrees Celsius.
Dimming Performance
Dynamic Dimmer & Transformer Recognition technology automatically detects the incoming waveform and adjusts dimming performance accordingly. All Terralux dimmable products comply with NEMA SSL6/7 dimming standards. Higher performance products enable dimming as low as 2%.
Color Quality
Saving energy and improving light quality go hand in hand with Terralux LED solutions. We design and manufacture our products to use high quality, visible spectrum LEDs, with color consistency within 3 step McAdam ellipses (within 2 step McAdam ellipses on specific products).
