TerraLUX Linear LED products were selected by FSG California for this job because of their small form factor, high brightness, outdoor rating, and 60,000 hour rated life. TerraLUX was selected as one of only four manufacturers to provide lighting solutions for the project.

The TerraLUX Linear LED engines are awarding winning retrofit kits, winning both Architectural SSL Magazine Product Innovation Award and IES Progress Report Award – both in 2012.

FSG designed the project for Compass Energy Solutions, the ESCO on the project. The upgrades steplights are part of a campus-wide lighting retrofit project estimated to save 476,000 kWh annually.
