HOW TO APPLY
 1) Purchase and install qualified Terralux products
 2) Complete LED Retrofit Rebate Application
 3) Attach Purchase Order from distributor showing purchased product
 4) Submit Application within 60 days of purchase to : retrofit@terralux.com

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Terralux retrofit rebates are subject to the following eligibility requirements :
Entire rebate application must be completed for rebate processing and submitted with a dated purchase order bof like quantities & models of Terralux product.

Application must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date, and purchase order must be dated 2015.

Application will solely be reviewed by and authorized by Terralux, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Rebate amount cannot exceed purchase price.

The rebate program funds are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The rebate will paid to the building / property where the installation of product occurred, unless otherwise specified and approved in the ‘Alternate Payment’ section.

Terralux product must be sourced from Authorized Distributors of Terralux products, at appropriate quantity-break price levels.

The participant hereby releases and shall hold Terralux harmless from any and all claims, losses, harm costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorney fees) of any natures arising directly or indirectly with the purchase and installation of Terralux product at the premises or any material and labor required for such installation.

The rebate program and these requirements may be changed by Terralux at any time, without notice.
